Language: The official language of the meeting is English.
No translation or interpretation will be provided.

Accommodation: The official accommodation for the meeting is Montien Riverside Hotel. The rate for single occupancy is 100 US$. and for double occupancy is 110 US$. These rates include service charge, tax and an American breakfast. Those who wish to make hotel reservations must also register to participate in the meeting and should return a completed registration form to the secretariat office. The organizing committee can not guarantee room availability after September 15, 2000.

Visa: Participants from some non-ASEAN countries must have a valid visa before entering Thailand. Please check with your nearest Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate for details.

Transportation: The meeting venue is approximately 20 kilometers from Bangkok International Airport. Participants entering the Kingdom of Thailand through Bangkok International Airport can reach the hotel by taxi or limousine that is 24 hours available at the airport. The ground transportation cost is not included in the registration fee.

Currency: The unit of exchange is Baht. The approximate equivalent of I US$ is 38 Baht. Major international credit cards are accepted in major restaurants and shops.

Climate: The weather in Bangkok during October is warm (average temperature is around 30 degree Celsius) and sunny. Occasional rain is possible.

Global Meeting Registration Fees

* The fees include registration, program book, abstract book, bag, entry to all sessions, lunch & coffee & dinner during October 15 - 18, 2000.

Registration

Participants should complete the attached registration form and return it to the secretariat office for INCLEN Global Meeting XVII.

The fee should be paid in US$ by bank draft or wire transfer / bank transfer and credit cards (VISA or American Express or Master Card). Personal cheques are not accepted.

Upon receipt of the full registration fee, each participant will be sent a registration confirmation sheet. Participants should bring this confirmation document to the registration desk during the meeting.

Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat office before September 15, 2000 otherwise fifty (50) US dollars will be deducted for handling and administration costs. No refund will be allowed for cancellations received after September15, 2000. No refund for no shows unless notification is received by September 15, 2000.
