INCLEN’s Research Subcommittee and the Capacity Building Subcommittee announce the availability of small grants for CEU and R-CERTC members to obtain the assistance of an anglophone scientific editor or biostatistician for manuscript preparation. Draft papers will be reviewed for scientific merit and significance. Authors of suitable papers will subsequently be contacted and asked to submit a proposed budget and time frame for editorial assistance. Contacts with available scientific editors/writers can also be facilitated through INCLEN.
